We accept most credit cards. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Products are made to order and will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to two weeks for production prior to shipping.
We only accept returns if items are damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong order. If one of these is to occur, please contact us and we will replace your order.

Upon request, we will gladly repair any Captive jewellery piece that may have fallen into harm's way. Please send us an email detailing the damage and we will respond as soon as we can. Fees and shipping to be negotiated.

Precious metals are susceptible to tarnish over time. To avoid this, wear your pieces often, remove them when washing, and buff them often with a polishing cloth.
To remove dirt and grime, soak your jewellery in a bath of warm water and dish soap and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush. Pat dry and buff using a polishing cloth.
